Dans de nombreux pays o\u00f9 nous intervenons, les obstacles au leadership peuvent sembler insurmontables. Les attitudes et les croyances selon lesquelles les femmes sont in\u00e9gales aux hommes \u00e0 la maison, au travail et au gouvernement sont exacerb\u00e9es par un acc\u00e8s limit\u00e9 \u00e0 la formation et \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation, ainsi que par la raret\u00e9 des possibilit\u00e9s de mentorat pour d\u00e9velopper leurs comp\u00e9tences en leadership.<\/p><p>Carrefour International travaille avec des partenaires locaux pour renforcer les capacit\u00e9s des femmes et des filles \u00e0 devenir des leaders au sein de leur communaut\u00e9, en tant que chefs d&rsquo;entreprise, membres de l&rsquo;Institut de leadership sur le genre du TGNP en Tanzanie pour renforcer les capacit\u00e9s op\u00e9rationnelles et
