This year, Crossroads joined other global organizations in Vancouver who gather to share, listen, learn, inspire and empower women, men, girls and boys around the world.[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”5808″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” onclick=”custom_link” link=”https://twitter.com/CrossroadsIntl”][vc_column_text]On June 4, during their address at Women Deliver, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Minister of International Development, Women and Gender Equality Maryam Monsef, announced an historic $1.4 billion annual investment for ten years to support gender equality, sexual and reproductive health and rights as well as maternal and newborn health.

“All women, no matter where they live, should have access to the safe, quality health care they need. By investing in sexual and reproductive health rights, and maternal, newborn, and child health, we can build a more just, equal, and prosperous world,” said the Prime Minister during his speech.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
